We provide both product and strategy consulting in addition to technical implementation and project execution. We believe in an independent, vendor-agnostic approach to technology solutions, and we work closely with firms to define, deliver and execute their strategy.

Darton Rose
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Darton is the Founder & President of Treehouse Technology Group. His decade-plus career in technology startups, technology services, sales management and business development has provided him with unique insights into the business opportunities in our technologically integrated, data-driven world.
Darton is actively involved in all of the company's client accounts, spearheading design and development initiatives, in addition to fostering a strong company culture. Prior to founding Treehouse, Darton worked at Dyn, a global cloud-based internet performance company, where he drove expansion of its worldwide client base and product line.
Previously, Darton was a partner at Kaysid Internet Solutions, overseeing sales, marketing and business operations. In this role, Darton developed meaningful relationships with business owners nationwide, while providing them with a range of web services, including custom software and web application development, design creation and more.
Earlier in his career, Darton was the visionary and creator behind a technology company called "DayFlip", a web-based calendar application designed to help small businesses market directly to their customers. During this time, Darton formed and led a team of professionals in business development, sales, marketing, investor relations and more.
Darton holds his degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
Philip Wess
CEO
Philip Wess is the Chief Executive Officer at Treehouse Technology Group, where he utilizes his expertise in consulting and project management to deliver customized services and solutions to Treehouse's customers and drive business growth. Previously, Philip was a management consultant at The Concept Group.
He has extensive experience in business development, financial analysis and software project planning for start-up companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, medical device manufacturers, social media and CPG.
While a management consultant at The Concept Group, Philip provided advisory services to the healthcare industry, and was also an IT consultant for Perseid Software. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at a financial services company and was an IT/Enterprise Application Project Manager at Beacon Health Strategies.
Philip has received certificates as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from the university's D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
Chadwick Rose
Managing Partner
Chadwick is a Managing Partner at Treehouse Technology Group. Previously, Chadwick was the Director of Data Management at S&P Capital IQ, a leading financial information provider.
While at S&P Capital IQ (a division of McGraw Hill Financial), Chadwick managed multiple global data sets across the company including public ownership, benchmark index, fixed income, and interest rate data, while overseeing a global team of engineers. He began at S&P as a database engineer, quickly advancing to a senior engineer before working in a management role.
Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Engineering Physics from Cornell University's College of Engineering, with a focus on the field of Lasers and Optics.
