Partnership Builder


  • Work location: Remote, Boston, Austin, and Las Vegas options


The Partnership Builder is working to build a partnership community for InsightOut (Developed by Treehouse Technology Group), a SaaS solution used by CFO’s and CEO’s to manage revenue recognition, sales pipeline performance and salesperson performance by providing answers and predictive insights from the data. InsightOut’s Partner Builder will work to build a community, attract partners and ultimately grow monthly recurring revenue driven through the partner channel. They will also work to manage day-to-day relationships and communication with our Partners, program design, events, and promotions. InsightOut is seeking to scale their Partner network and the Partner Builder would be responsible for sourcing, establishing and supporting new Partners aligned to the InsightOut value proposition and position in the market. The Partner Builder will be responsible for establishing the ongoing mechanisms and processes to enable the onboarding of additional staff within the Partner program and the scaling of the program.

  • Drive consistent sales and promotion through this Partner Community
  • Support operating metrics attached to the program
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits, events and online marketing
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and drive new ways to grow the partnership and revenue
  • Facilitate successful on-boarding of new Partners and establish key metrics for success
  • Devise engagement plans that consider Partnership business goals, internal organization structures, and map products to achieve these goals
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your Partners and represent your Partners internally at InsightOut
  • Proactively gather product feedback and convey information to internal teams.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities that deliver on Company needs and objectives and have the capability to explore new solutions
  • Coach and engage our Partners on best practices that drive results and optimal consumer experiences for the end-users
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the ability to clearly articulate program and partner performance to both external and internal stakeholders


  • 4+ years prior experience working in SaaS sales, account management, partner success, and/or client services capacity
  • Can provide example of successfully achieving goals tied to partnership program performance in the past
  • Experience developing Partner/Customer Success Strategies and Tools
  • Analytical, results-oriented mindset
  • High-level of integrity, value focused vision, and empathy
  • Must have proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional areas
  • A desire to travel when needed and collaborate with local team members
